Tuesday 14 November 2023 Farnham In Bloom Gold award We are very proud to have been awarded the Gold award for our hanging baskets this year! Thank you to Miss Jackson and all the children involved in planting and looking after them.
Friday 10 November 2023 Farnham schools Remembrance service Two of our Year 6 house captains represented the school at a remembrance service at Gostrey Meadows in Farnham on Friday 10th November. The service was attended by a number of Farnham schools along with the mayor of Farnham, representatives of the British Legion, uniformed personnel, cadet forces and several civic guests.
Friday 14 July 2023 Bastille Day theme day...breakfast, Eiffel Towel building, staff food tasting and more! The whole school had a fabulous day on Friday 14th July celebrating Bastille Day with a day of learning about France, learning French and fun challenges such as building Eiffel Towers out of straws, all dressed in red, white and blue.
Friday 14 July 2023 KS1 Star Mark Award for PE - 2 stars! We are pleased to have been awarded a 2 star KS1 Star Mark Award from Active Surrey for recognition of improving sporting commitment, engagement and provision in KS1.
Tuesday 4 July 2023 Schools Games Gold Mark Award - Gold! We are delighted to announce that we have achieved the School Games Gold Mark Award for the 2022/23 academic year.
Friday 5 May 2023 Coronation celebrations We have enjoyed celebrating the king's coronation in school this week. Unfortunately, due to the weather our picnic was indoors but we still enjoyed it and loved the special lunchboxes. We needed to be looking smart in our school uniform for class photos today so we got into the spirit yesterday by wearing red, white and blue. All classes have learnt about the king and what the coronation means.
