A warm welcome to COBWEB

COBWEB is the parents, teachers and friends association for William Cobbett Primary School.

The purpose of COBWEB is to find new and interesting ways in which to raise money for the school. These funds are then put to good use in order to improve the school and benefit the educational needs of the children.

While our main aim is to raise money, it also gives us a great opportunity to get to know each other so please don't hesitate to get involved.

We organise many fun activities and fund raising events for the children and parents to enjoy throughout the year. These include:

School Disco
Quiz Night
Fashion show
Cake and Ice Lolly Sales

The fund raising events have enabled us to make significant purchases for the school which include:

Writing sheds for EYFS and KS1
Junior Trim Trail
MiniPitch
Books for the libraries

Upcoming Events

Christmas Fair - Saturday 29th November

We are thrilled to have the support of Micro Scooters for our Christmas fair. They have kindly donated a selection of safety accessories, including helmets for our raffle —thank you!

As well as scooters, Micro’s range now also features a MultiTrike and lightweight stroller.

Plea to Parents

As the PTFA is a separate entity to the school please can we ask that any money is put in a separate envelope clearly marked PTFA and that any cheques are made payable to COBWEB PTA to aid with the accounting. Thank you.
