Visits and Visitors

Year 3 enjoy a Stone Age to Iron Age workshop in the Autumn term.

In the Spring term, they visit The Living Rainforest and a visitor comes to teach them about fossils.

The summer term starts with many of Year 3 going on their first residential visit to Hooke Court in Dorset for 3 days where they learn about life in Roman Britain.

The children who do not go on the residential visit go to Butser Ancient Farm for a day visit and do Roman activities, similar to those at Hooke Court, back at school.
